Brook Street are delighted to be supporting a successful business who are market leaders in their industry, in their search for a Finance Assistant. This is a full time permanent opportunity to support the smooth running of their busy finance department.
Your day to day duties will include (not limited to):
- Allocating customer receipts
- Daily bank reconciliations to resolve any issues
- Monitoring & inputting all purchase invoices onto the system
- Producing reports
- Processing staff expenses
You will have exceptional organisational skills and be methodical in your work with a great eye for detail. You must have good knowledge of MS Office including Excel & MS Outlook with strong written & verbal communication skills.
