Job Description
A great opportunity for a part time Sales Reconciliation Clerk to join our client a large retail chain based in Loughton on a temporary basis.
You will play a key role for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of the store sales recording and settlement reconciliation.
As a Sales Reconciliation Clerk your role will also involve:
" Ensuring all store sales are polled and posting accounting transactions part of the Sales Audit team
" Sales and settlement reconciliation, being cash, credit card providers and cash carrier
" Liaising with Bank, cash collector and credit care payments providers to research and resolve issues. Ensuring all stores have all the necessary equipment required.
" Gift card reconciliations and review
" Assisting with the banking arrangement of new store openings and closures.
Essential skills:
Microsoft office (excel, Word, outlook, advance Excel skills)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision
Sales Audit knowledge desirable but not essential
Monday to Friday 10:30am to 14:30pm
£11:00 P/H
