Job Description

We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a local business in Bristol.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Recording sales and deposits and inputting on Xero.
  • Inputting invoices from suppliers on to Xero
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with stock control
  • Checking and processing expense claims
  • Payroll administration tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Experience of Xero or any similar online finance package
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous Experience in a finance assistant role
  • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics Grade C or above
  • GCSE or equivalent English Language Grade C or above
  • Be part or fully AAT qualified - continued study support to be provided.
  • Business Administration experience
  • Ability to effectively plan/manage/prioritise own workload
