We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a local business in Bristol.
The successful candidate will be:
- Recording sales and deposits and inputting on Xero.
- Inputting invoices from suppliers on to Xero
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with stock control
- Checking and processing expense claims
- Payroll administration tasks
- Other duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Experience of Xero or any similar online finance package
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous Experience in a finance assistant role
- GCSE or equivalent Mathematics Grade C or above
- GCSE or equivalent English Language Grade C or above
- Be part or fully AAT qualified - continued study support to be provided.
- Business Administration experience
- Ability to effectively plan/manage/prioritise own workload
