Role - Finance Assistant

Location - Warwick

Pay - £9.09 per hour

Hours - 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week

Duration - 6 months (with potential to be extended)

In this role it is essential that individuals can prioritise and organise their workload. Effectively managing the work that is given to them and completing all tasks to a high level of accuracy every time. This position will revolve around checking the accuracy of care invoices by carrying out appropriate financial checks on invoices and credit notes, in accordance with departmental procedures. Candidates will also need to ensure that invoices are paid on time and accurately record the details of all invoices on the system.

Candidate specification -

Administration or finance experience (essential)

Previous NHS experience (desirable)

Ability to work as part of an effective team (essential)

Comfortable with all aspects of MS Office (essential)

As this will be working withing the NHS successful applicants will be subject to DBS and other background checks before they are able to start this role. This can take 1-3 weeks to complete.
