Job Description
Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Finance Assistant for our client based in east Belfast.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Assistant Accountant in providing a confidential and customer-focused finance service to the organisation with a key focus on the Sales Ledger.
Duties will include:
Maintaining and updating customer records on the Accounting system
Processing Sales Ledger transactions
Generating sales invoices
Processing & allocating daily receipts on the sales ledger
Registering cash, cheque, WorldPay, and BACS payments
Registering Sales Ledger refunds
Generating reports from a third-party website
Candidates must have five GCSEs at grade C and above or the equivalent of that, as well as experience of working in an office environment, excellent communication skills, and very good IT-literacy (particularly with MS Excel).
