My client has an amazing opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team Based in Uxbridge, Middlesex. The company is a well-known global brand and interviews are happening week commencing 26th October and the following week, and they want to hire someone for the role very soon after interviews have taken place. The interview process is two stage, and will be a Skype/Teams call initially, followed by a f2f at the location of the business.

You will be responsible for maximising commercial opportunities across the business. Preparing, reviewing and analysing monthly results, forecasts and budgets providing financial support to operations. You will b collaborating with other teams and departments providing the support where needed. A large part of the role is 40-50% Business Partnering, up to Director level. Close working relationships are required within the Finance department and with Billing, Credit & Collections, Payroll, Corporate Services and the Delivery Centre in Bangalore.

There will be a lot of month end and mid-month forecasting, investigating and reporting to be presenting to Operations Managers, and you will be working closely with the Operations Team.

Key things you need to apply for this vacancy:

• You need to have a minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar Business Partner Finance role
• You must be able to work autonomously and take ownership of your workload and be an excellent communicator
• You should have experience or be confident when presenting on 'Teams'
• You should have excellent Excel skills (they currently use Excel and TM1, which is a web tool like excel for reporting)

" Training will be provided online by various team support for the job, plus they will pay for a study package and 1st exam sittings
" Annual salary review
" Salary: 40k
" Six-month probation period
" Parking on a rota basis or nearby parking £5 per day
" Hours are 9-5.30 but flexibility will be considered due to circumstances
" Holiday 25 days excluding bank holidays
" Probation is six months
" Based two days in the office and three days remote currently due to Covid
" Annual bonus (not guaranteed) 10% maximum of salary depending on KPI and performance
