Our client is looking for a full time permanent experienced Finance Credit Controller.
Location: Hebden Bridge
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Salary: £23,000

Ideal Candidate
Will have a previous track record of credit control in a finance sector. Drive and have their own vehicle. The purpose of the role is to provide financial controls within the business to deliver high quality accounting services


Key Responsibilities:

" Processing daily sales batches on operating system
" Importing daily sales batches on to finance system
" Printing and distribution of all sales invoices
" Setting up new customers in a quick and efficient manner
" Recording customer receipts accurately and on time
" Ensure prompt collection of outstanding due debtors and escalate if cannot be resolved quickly
" Printing and distribution of account statements and dunning letter where appropriate
" Credit management partner liaison to ensure legal procedures are completed efficiently
" Other adhoc duties where necessary


Qualifications & Requirements:
" Previous credit control experience required
" Knowledge of accounting systems or processes
" Strong attention to detail and accuracy
" Efficient organisational and time management skills
" Excellent levels of communication at all levels
" Works well in a team environment
" IT literacy including Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel to intermediate level
" 5 GCSE`s including English and Mathematics
