Role Overview


The Record to Report Overpayments Team is based within the Finance Department at our client location of Celtic Springs Buiness Park. Successful candidates will join a highly professional and friendly team dealing with a range of payroll overpayments cases the preparation and management of debt recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate an understanding of employee debt recoveries , experience of managing case work, dealing with complex policy issues.

Ability to manage large volumes of data, ensuring accurate record keeping and robust security measures.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to achieve strict deadlines

Experience of working within a finance based environment.

MS Excel skills and experience of other MS products, such as Access and Oracle

Provision of delivery of ,end to end payroll overpayments process.

Contribute to the delivery of a high quality service to customers within a team with strong customer focus.

The ability to liaise confidently with multiple stakeholders to ensure the efficient management of a high transactional area.

Core Hours between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
