Finance Manager

Working 20- 24 hours and my client can offer some flexibility over the number of days worked

Paying up-to £20,000 pa for the pro rats hours DOE

You will be joining a small friendly team as a Finance Manager . My client is UK SUBSIDIARY FOR A COMPANY THAT SELL AND SERVICE MACHINE TOOLING.

You :

Will need to be self-motivated

Have excellent interpersonal skills
Have a background in finance / bookkeeping

Ideally have a knowledge of SAGE 50 & SAGE PAYROLL

Do you have a sound understanding of dounble0 entry bookkeeping

The Role:

This really is a varied that will suit a versatile individual who enjoys being hands on and mucking in with the team. You will be responsible for the following

Processing a monthly payroll run for approximately 7 people, including completing HMRC submissions

Completing credit control

Processing expenses

Bank reconciliations

In this role you will have additional administrative tasks such as diary management, booking of accommodation and updating employee file regarding holidays, sickness and ensure their training records are up to date

You may be invited to attend exhibitions as part of the team

Produce management reports
