In this role you will be assisting with the day to day financial administration across the company.
You will be providing support to the Head of Finance and IT, by the completion of various financial tasks including the processing of sales and purchase invoices, payroll, recording of fundraising and retail income, bank account reconciliation, supplier and customer account reconciliations and the processing of petty cash.
You will be providing financial and administrative support under the direction of the Head of Finance.
You will assist in providing effective management of company finances including budget monitoring, procurement, income receipt, invoicing, payroll and VAT Processing.
You will assist in recording financial transactions in line with requirements and to inform the board, committees, senior managers and budget holders.
To be successful in this role you need to have the following:
Qualified Accountant (ICA, ACCA, ACMA)
Experience as Finance Manager
Experience of SAGE 50 or similar
Excellent Analytical and numerical skills
