Responsibilities:
" Monitoring ongoing financial operations within a company, such as payroll, invoicing, cash flow and other transactions
" Reconciling management accounts prepared by finance business partners to the nominals
" Ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported
" Ensuring all reporting is compliant with statutory law and financial regulations
" Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
" Streamlining and improving accounting systems and operations
" Supervising and managing financial department staff
" Recording financial transactions by entering account information
" Maintaining accounting records
" Reconciling financial discrepancies by analysing accounts
" Managing the audit process and liaising with external personnel as required
" Liaising with Group FD to bring group together

Candidate Profile
" Working towards recognised finance qualification i.e. ACCA, CIMA
" Minimum 4 years finance experience in a similar role
" Excellent financial acumen and strong IT skills
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
" Experience of Sage X3 helpful but not essential.
" Strong Computer and Spreadsheet Skills
