A biotech business based in Oxford is growing its finance team as the company plans to rapidly scale over the coming years. This role will report directly to the CFO and take ownership of management reporting, business analysis and financial controls. This is a hybrid role that will require one day in the office a week.

The client requires a newly qualified accountant to join as a Finance Manager. Whilst you'll report into the CFO, you will develop into the Financial Controller meaning this role is great for someone searching for strong development . The Finance Manager will be responsible for internal and external financial reporting requirements to support growth during the extremely exciting time.
The role:
" You'll be a key Finance Business Partner for the founders and senior stakeholders, globally.
" Management Accounts and cashflow analysis
" Manage external accountants on financial reporting aspects
" Deploy accurate and timely forecasts
" Review the P&L versus budgets
" Lead and participate in the creation of accurate data sources
