Finance / Office Manager
Telford
Salary £29,000 - £31,000pa DOE or pro rata for PT hours
Benefits: Free parking available,25 days annual leave +stats (pro rata for PT )
My client is situated in Hortonwood and have an exciting varied opportunity available for a versatile reliable individual to join them on a permanent basis as Finance/ Office Manager. My client a subsidiary of a European business and they come with over 40 years expertise in their field.
Essential Experience:
Essential experience and knowledge of Sage Line 50 & Sage Payroll
Excellent communication skills
Finance experience to include Sales Ledger / Purchase Ledger / Credit Control & Payroll
Be able to demonstrate good solid data entry skills
Have effective time management skills
Responsibilities Include:
General commercial management
Credit control
Payroll, VAT, PAYE
General bookkeeping
Online banking and transfers (including euro transfers) and receiving payments.
Ensuring all office consumables are ordered
Ensure company vehicles are serviced, insured and booked in for MOT
Arrange and monitor staff training
Support staff with completing expense claims
Deal with phone enquiries
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising at director level and with colleagues overseas. We require a self-motivated and confident individual who
The company accounts will be audited, so the role will require close cooperation with an external firm of accountants and auditors.
