LONG TERM 6 MONTHS TEMPORARY ROLE IN NEWPORT (FULL TIME ONLY - Initially Work From Home)

Reconciliation of Invoices
Raising work Orders
Maintenance of contractors records
Assist with timesheet approval, reconcile invoices, approve work orders, update spreadsheets and company portal
Assist with contractor queries from business area and suppliers.
Administration of the online timesheet system and recording all expenditure on the Finance/Purchasing systems;
Raising requisitions/orders checking quotation information, sending out purchase orders & receipting
Keeping accurate details and ensuring relevant documentation is filed appropriately within relevant systems.
Monitoring inbox and actioning emails; liaising with both Commercial team, wider organisation and suppliers.
Provide Support to Finance Team as required
Qualifications and Experience Essential:
Ability to manage multiple task requiring frequent communication, organisation and time management skills
Experience of using Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Word
Good communication skills
Pay and Benefits:
£11.21 per hour
28 days holiday (Incl Bank Holidays) rising to 33 days (incl) after 12 weeks
Initial role will be Work From Home - However - Once back at the office there is free on site parking
Close to local bus routes
Assignment to end Feb 2022
