We are looking for experienced payroll/pension administrators to join a busy government department based in Bolton. You will be providing support with a recent pay award so will need to be confident administering the various pension schemes.
Main duties and responsibilities
" To be responsible for the day to day running of an effective and efficient Payroll service which includes salary, pension and expenses administration and operation
" Provide support to the Payroll Specialist on monthly reconciliation of all statutory and voluntary deductions.
" Provide an effective pension administration service for the business
" To advise Managers and staff on a range of payroll and pensions issues
" Ensure that all data on manual and computerised payroll, pensions and HR records is accurate and up to date, and that confidentiality is fully respected
The working hours for this role are 9-5 Mon-Fri, you will be contracted to 35 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is £9.53
