FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT
(CA/CIMA/ACCA QUALIFIED)
£30-35K
Glasgow based Legal firm is seeking to find a fully qualified Financial Accountant to join their busy City Centre office. Your role will support the Financial controller delivering a seamless service to partners, fee earners and directors of support services.

Main Responsibilities
Providing assistance to Financial Controller in the provision of information required to monitor performance and to manage the firm.
Production of monthly management accounts
Maintaining an accurate record of fixed assets to allow appropriate charges for depreciation based on a realistic assessment of useful lives
Provision of appropriate accurate financial information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to provide the Managing Partner, Group Leaders and Directors the information they require to manage their Group/Departments
Providing Partners with an admin service relating to their provision of cars purchased through the firm.
Drafting of all reports required by the Law Society
Provision of information required for compliance with statutory/requirements
Supporting the Financial Controller in providing information for auditors and tax advisors
Supporting the Financial Controller with provision of information for the firm's bankers
Compliance with HMRC requirements for VAT, PAYE and personal tax requirements for partners
