Working at one of the client's main offices in the Liverpool city centre, you will be able to provide regular, ongoing support and a high level of service to both existing clients alongside being able to develop and build new client relationships.

Your main responsibilities for this role include:
Dealing with a high level of client focus.
Understanding client's needs and ensuring there is a high level of client satisfaction.
Reviewing clients proactively and at least once per year reviewing each specific client.
Dealing with both new referrals and longstanding, existing clients on a daily basis.
Liaising with the client support team and administrators to ensure work is done in an effective, timely manner.

Hold a level four Financial Planning Diploma and above.
Hold the ability to work well as part of a team and able to take your own accountability in any work duties.
