Currently seeking a Financial Assistant for an Inverness based business, candidate MUST be proficient in using Quickbooks.
Required to undertake all entry bookkeeping, ensuring income and costs have been approved, recorded accurately and VAT correctly treated.
Management of Purchase Ledger, purchase invoice, stock valuation, company credit card, petty cash and expense claim processing.
Prepare management accounts and analysis, assist with the preparation of statutory accounts.
Assist with the preparation of CIS, EC Sales and VAT returns ensuring these are submitted on time.
This role is a Part time position based on between 20-25 hours per week.
