Financial Controller
Full Time - Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
Salary Negotiable (Depending on Experience)

About you

- Have prior experience in a Financial Controller/Senior Management Accountant role.
- Be comfortable working with the demands and pressures of an SME business; multi tasking and results-orientated.
- Have high level Leadership and People-Management skills.
- Be comfortable with Excel spreadsheet Work

Responsibilities

- Part of the current Management Team of five
- Lead, manage, account-for, the Finance Team's Output
- Preparation and presentation of the Firm's monthly MI Pack
- Cash flow modelling and management
- Budget preparation; including the development of the 3-year Plan
- Monitoring of the Firm's Fee-Earning Staff via agreed KPIs.
- Responsibility for Procurement; including the Firm's Insurances
