Our Pharma client based in the West Drayton area is looking for a Financial Planning And Analysis Manager to join their team.
They are looking for someone with exceptional Accounting and Auditing work experience with outstanding analytical skills. Working with multiple time zone and ready to take an extra mile.

You will be expected to complete accounting and auditing tasks as well as management accounts and reporting.

For the management accounts and reporting side of things, you will provide monthly and quarterly financial management packs for account management, finance and board reviews, act as a key member of the business finance team, ensuring integration of finance operation with commercial and operation teams, plan, implement and control budget over multiple business and location and also support, control and review expenditure of budget to meet financial needs. You will also provide proactive support to the sales and business team on market dynamics and performance, manage credit control for exciting and new customers and develop and implement model to identify high risk customers and flagging proactively to avoid bad debts.

For the accounting and auditing tasks you will be maintaining standalone and consolidated books of the company, manage local auditors as well as support quarterly corporate audit requirements and also ensure accurate recording of revenue as per International Accounting Standards as well as Group Accounting's policy. You will also be required to complete Reconciliation of inventory and accurate accounting of Inventory as per Group Accounting Policy, manage outsourced accounts payable and receivable function and also coordinate with Third Party Logistic Partner terms of monthly compliance. You will also provide pricing and customer credit support for UK and market served from UK.

You will have a working knowledge of SAP and carry a certain level of technical and behavioural knowledge in accounting and auditing and also management accounts and reporting. You will also be flexible to work across time zones as you may need to start early or finish late at certain times.

In return the company offer a very competitive salary from £60,000-£65,000 per annum. They also have access to the company pension scheme where they will match up to 10%, free on-site parking and offer bonus based on personal and company performance.

This role is a full-time role working full time 37.5 hours week Monday to Friday and they are flexible with start and finish times.
