Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator to join their small and friendly team.

Working in collaboration with Financial Advisers and other colleagues you will deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication.

You will assist and provide support with administrative functions, new business processing, re balances and organising future planning meetings with the client on behalf of the Financial Adviser.

It is desirable that you come from a Financial Services background. However, if you have proven longevity in a strong administration role and a keen interest in a Financial Services career you can be considered for this opportunity.

Proficient knowledge of pensions and retirement planning, investments, tax planning and regulation within the financial services industry is desirable. However, if you are willing to learn and complete the necessary training, you can be considered!

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700 with 30 minutes for lunch. (You will work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home)

SALARY: £19,000 - £23,000 (negotiable depending upon experience)

INCENTIVE SCHEME: Encouragement & support with career progression (to be discussed at interview)

LOCATION: Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire
