Job Description
Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator with a background in Wealth Management or IFA support?
Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client who are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and advisers.
As a Financial Services Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to our Financial Advisers, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team
- Liaise with clients regarding queries, appointments, and documentation
- Prepare client-facing documents, including reports, valuations, and review packs
- Manage and update client records and financial databases accurately
- Assist with compliance checks and ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards
- Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and ensure timely service delivery
- Support the team with the ongoing servicing of client relationship
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a Financial Services Administrator role within a Wealth Management or IFA environment
- Strong understanding of financial products and platforms (ISAs, pensions, investments, etc.)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial planning software
- A professional, client-focused approach
Desirable Criteria
- Progress toward or completion of financial services qualifications
