We have a great opportunity for a Fines Enforcement Administrator to work in one of the courts in Southend.
This is a temporary position which is expected to run for the next 3-6 months however this could be extended.
This position is working as a Fines Enforcement administrator which is so much more than an admin role! Duties will be varied and will include but not limited to be making outbound calls to members of the public who have fines outstanding, arranging payment plans, liaising with bailiffs for non payment cases, updating files/data entry, answering calls and emails. You will have full training and support however you will need to be confident and have excellent communication skills with a great attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work well in a team, be able to work on your own initiative and have some previous experience working in an office environment. As you will be working within a government booking you will be required to go through a compliance process. This will involve undergoing a criminal check and visiting the Chelmsford Office to complete the vetting paperwork.
You will be working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £9.59p/h.
