Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Kidderminster is currently looking for an Administrative Officer to support their department. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm however the successful candidate must have a degree of flexibility in line with the needs of the business. This will be an ongoing temporary assignment, paying £9.06 per hour going up to £9.78 after the 13th working week, please note that for 23 years and under this will be paying NMW going up to £9.78 in the 13th working week.

This role will involve general administration responsibilities and dealing with Fine Enforcement Cases. This would include dealing with all administrative processes including correspondence, write offs, enforcement operational reports, intelligence checks, re-raising and writing back accounts, emails, telephone work, general Enforcement work. In house training will of course be provided for the client's internal IT Systems.

Accuracy and attention to detail are essential and candidates will be required to have some working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Please note this role will require a DBS check, and full referencing for last three years.
