Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Great Yarmouth is seeking a full-time, temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The role is Monday to Friday and the rate of pay is £9.59 an hour.

You will be completing general administration, relating to the enforcement of fine accounts. This will include, but will not be restricted to; Data entry, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries, using your own initiative to make decisions.

The ideal candidate will be confident in data entry and answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner. You will also need to be a fast learner.

You will be required to have previous administration experience. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word is ideal.

The rate of pay is £9.59 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

You will need to have an in date valid Passport or Driving Licence to provide for photographic ID.
