Job Description

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor?

I am currently recruiting for Full Time Fines Officers in a busy government contact centre in Cwmbran

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Free Parking
Close to local bus routes

" Dealing with calls from members of the public, relating to Court Issued fines
" Setting up payment plans or taking full payment
" Dealing with all administration that is involved (Including court date letters etc)

You will need:
" Excellent attention to detail
" Good IT Skills including Word and Excel
" The ability to quickly lean new systems
" Excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with all types of people and queries

Hourly Pay £9.59
