Monday - Friday 37 hours between 8:30am - 5:30pm
The suitable candidate will be required to undertake administrative tasks in relation to the collection of criminal debt.
The main duties of the role are as follows:
" Creating and updating of records using the in-house system
" Dealing with customers via telephone, email
" Interpreting information and making evidence based decisions
" Printing and dispatch of court orders and court based papers
" General administration duties as required and post opening
To be a suitable candidate for this position you will be:
" Computer Literate
" Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
" Have excellent communication skills
" Have an understanding of Data Protection
" Be able to work to your own initiative
" Be able to handle challenging calls
