Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Fines Officer to work for a government client based in Plymouth.
Main duties include:
-Inputting case details, preparing & processing paperwork
-Undertake Telephone Debt recovery work to assist effective enforcement of orders
-Answering verbal and written enquiries and responding to correspondence
-Undertaking general administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, telephone, filing, archiving, printing and post.
Skills and experience required:
-Strong administrative skills and background, with experience in working within an office
-Excellent IT skills with experience in using Microsoft Office
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.
Rate of pay is £9.06 per hour rising to £9.78 per hour after 12 weeks of work
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 31st October 2021 with a possibility of an extension.
