Job Description

Our client in Great Yarmouth is seeking a full-time, temporary Admin Officer to join their team. The role is £9.78 an hour, working generic office hours.

Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.

Flexibility is required, you will be working on site but could potentially be asked to work from home, this is not guaranteed, equipment will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that carry out a variety of tasks on a day to day basis.

Your duties will include but will not be restricted to:
* General administration, relating to the enforcement of fine accounts.
* Data entry and processing.
* Answering/making telephone calls
* Dealing with queries, using your own initiative to make decisions.


The ideal candidate will be confident in answering the telephone in a polite and professional manner, IT literate and portray good organisational and time management skills. You must be assertive in responding to and resolving potentially difficult conversations in a busy environment.

You will be required to have previous customer service experience. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word is ideal.

Please note: This role will require you to go through a security check so you must be able to provide correct ID documentation.
