Job Description

Our Public Sector client based in Kings Lynn is looking for an enthusiastic individual, to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. .

The role will include, but not be restricted to:

- Making outgoing calls to chase unpaid fines
- Working through a list of unpaid accounts to get all payments settled
- Dealing with any queries or complaints
- independent decision making you may receive
- General administration

The ideal candidate will be confident in making phone calls, decision making and using Microsoft applications.

Full training is provided. There is no onsite parking available, however there is public car park near by.

The rate of pay is initially £8.87 per hour, rising to £9.78 per hour after 12 weeks.
