Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Call Centre Operators to work in at HMCTS Gwent House on an ongoing Temporary Contract.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
No weekend working
Free Parking
Close to local bus routes

Dealing with inbound calls from members of the public relating to Court Issued fines.

Previous Contact Centre or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Good IT Skills
