We have a great opportunity for Administrator`s to work with one of prestigious public sector client in Bedford
Key purpose of the role
Operating office and court equipment
" Creating and updating of records using the in-house system
" Dealing with customers via telephone, email
" Interpreting information and making evidence based decisions
" Printing and dispatch of court orders and court based papers
" General administration duties as required and post opening
A successful candidate must:
Have extended experience in admin sector
Have a strong communications skills
Have a good IT skills
Be able to remain calm under pressure
Be able to work with very confidential and sensitive information
Be able to provide 3 years of referencing
You will be working 37 hours per week Monday - Friday with a pay rate of £10.86 p/h. You will also accrue holiday as you work. This is also a 12 month contract.
