Job Description

Our public sector client is looking for a temporary worker to join their team as a fines officer in their contact centre. This is initially a temporary role until 31/10/23, with the chance of an extension. This is a full time role, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday. You will work around the hours of 9am - 5pm (this may differ slightly from court to court). The pay rate for this role is £11.28 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

This role will be working within a busy contact centre dealing with fine enforcement cases. You will be on the phone majority of the day, with a few admin tasks:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls
- Dealing with customer queries efficiently
- Using in house data bases
- Report work

The ideal candidate for this role will have administration and customer service experience.
