I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Admin Officer to join a busy government department in Manchester City Centre. This is a long term temporary assignment.
You will be working within a busy team based in one of the City's courts. The role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
The role involves general admin duties, processing and enforcing court fines, you will be required to make effective decisions and follow the correct process that have been set out.
They are ideally looking for a candidate that has previous customer service and admin experience. There is a large proportion of telephone work involved with this role and you will be dealing with vulnerable adults and having potentially difficult conversations. So ability to communicate effectively is a must for this role.
The rate of pay for this role is £10.12 per hour.
Please note that as this is a government role so you will need to go through our compliance process, and we will require 3 years worth of references. You will also require a standard DBS.
