This role is for NCES Fines Officer. BPSS + Standard DBS
AO are assigned to teams to carry out a variety of general admin duties to progress cases through the court enforcement system. Essential skills & criteria - strong customer focus and service skills via email & telephone. Experience of working in an admin role in a customer focused environment.
Proficient with IT and Microsoft Software packages. Excellent communication & organisational skills.
