Job title: Fines/Admin Officer
Hours: Standard office hours
Hourly rate: £ 9.59 per hour, long term temporary contract
My client is a well-known government organisation based in Gloucester looking to recruit Fines/ Admin Officer.
You will be responsible for general office duties and data entry. This role also includes speaking with the public over the phone about outstanding fines - you must have good customer service skills.
This is a longer temporary role working 37 hours a week (9:00-17:00) for £9.59 per hour.
You are required to be confident in using Word, Excel, Outlook and adaptable to use bespoke IT packages. Our client is looking for someone who is happy to work on their own although you will be lucky enough to have the full support of a team around you. You will receive training in this role which will be done whilst on the job.
