Monday - Friday 37 hours between 8:30am - 5:30pm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a fabulous team for our city centre client.
The suitable candidate will be required to undertake administrative tasks in relation to the collection of criminal debt.
The main duties of the role are as follows:
" Creating and updating of records using the in-house system
" Dealing with customers via telephone and email
" Interpreting information and making evidence based decisions
" Printing and dispatch of court orders and court based papers
" General administration duties as required
In order to be a suitable candidate for this position you will be:
" Computer Literate
" Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
" Have excellent communication skills
" Have an understanding of Data Protection
" Be able to work on your own initiative
" Be able to handle challenging calls
