We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced office, working in the Fixed Penalty department at Southend Courts in a long term temporary booking. Working with a professional team, being part of a company with a great work life balance.

The day to day role will entail helping the courts re gain money for fines that have been issued by either the courts or the government, your role will be to help secure the payment back and work out the best methods for the person to pay, this could include setting up instalment plans depending on the customers financial state.

This role is challenging yet rewarding therefore requires someone who has the ability to work well under pressure, has some admin experience and excellent communication skills.
What we'll need from you:
- Able to deal with situations appropriately.
- Keen observation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Availability for the full duration of your assignment.
- Standard DBS.
- Able to work in an office environment where social distancing will be adhered to.

The pay is 9.78 PPH - This is a long term temporary post.

All offers are subject to a DBS check and 3 years worth of referencing history.
