My client within the Public Sector are currently recruiting for an admin officer to join our client based in Lincoln, on a temporary basis
Duties will include but not restricted to
dealing with customers (mainly over the phone)
Preparing cases for court
General Admin duties
The ideal candidate will have experience working in debt recovery and an interest in investigative work with previous office experience, customer service skills including dealing with difficult customers and complaints where any experience of negotiations of payments with customers would be beneficial.
Standard working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (37 hours)
£9.78 Ph (per week) plus holidays
Successful applicant will have previous customer service and admin experience with Excel, Word and Outlook. You will also be required to complete a DBS.
