Job Description

Job title: Fines/Admin Officer
Hours: Standard office hours
Location: Kidderminster
Hourly rate: £ 9.45 per hour, long term temporary contract

My client is a well-known government organisation based in Kidderminster (near the Kidderminster train station) looking to recruit an Fines/ Admin Officer.


Fines/ Admin Officer responsibilities:
- Dealing with Fine Enforcement Cases
- Listing cases for Court
- Dealing with all admin processes including correspondence
- Write offs
- Enforcement operational reports
- Intelligence checks
- Reraising and writing back Historic Fine accounts


Fines/ Admin Officer desired Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge with Microsoft applications

- Good customer service

- Accuracy and attention to details is essential

You will be supported along in a team environment, but you must have the inactive to work alone. In house training will be provided for HMCTS IT Systems.
