Job Description

Do you have Call Centre or Contact Centre Experience and looking for a New Ongoing Temporary Role? Then Read on!

Based in Cwmbran Town Centre I am currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to work in a busy government contact centre an ongoing Temporary Contract

The Working Hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Part Time WILL NOT be considered)

Free Parking
Close to local bus routes

Rate of pay £9.78 per hour
26 Days Holiday + bank Holidays

Dealing with inbound calls from members of the public, relating to Court Issued fines
Setting up payment plans or taking full payment
Dealing with all administration that is involved (Including court date letters etc)

You will need:
Previous Contact Centre Experience - This is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Good IT Skills including Word and Excel
The ability to quickly lean new systems
Excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with all types of people and queries
