• Experience in customer service, education, healthcare, or similar people-facing roles

• Confidence presenting and engaging with small groups

• A driving licence and access to a car

• 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4+) including Maths & English (or equivalent)

The Role:

• Deliver First Aid, Fire Marshal & Mental Health courses

• Assess learner performance in line with training standards

• Set up venues, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe learning environment
