We are working on behalf of our Government based client, based in the Telford town center seeking around 10 First Line Support / Helpdesk new members of staff.

This is our fourth phase of recruiting for them & we love this client & highly recommend them to start a fantastic career with.

This role would really suit an individual who has a background in either customer services & has a natural interest in IT, or someone who has studied IT & wants to start their career in this field.
However you can demonstrate some exposure to customer services (any form of customer services is acceptable based on you really).

You will initially be employed on a temporary contacts, this will start on 29th April, you will undergo two weeks of intensive class room based training (on site at Telford's town center offices) & then be buddied with an experienced team member who will support you thereafter.

The role is initially due to be reviewed on 28th October, however a vast proportion of the 10 will be offered a permanent role with this Client. ~
This will be based in abilities shown whilst temping (attendance, attitude, abilities etc).

The role is fantastic, we love this client, they are a fun team who love what they do & the training here is second to none.

When fully trained you will be offering IT First Line Support to internal members of staff, based throughout the UK, some will be calls, some emails & some web chats.
