Job Description

Are you a First Line Technical Support Analyst looking for a new challenge? Or do you have retail experience and have used tills and any back office functions before, that has a keen interest in IT and maybe a little experience too?

Experience of working in a support/service desk and customer service type role, preferably remotely via telephone is also desirable.

If so, this could be a great opportunity for you. Working at the client`s head office in the Knowsley area, you can look forward to working with a leader in the retail management software industry.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Taking ownership of customer support issues that had been logged, either via e-mail or over the phone to quickly diagnose or resolve them.

Striving to meet all Service Line Agreements (SLA`s) that had been set with customers and to work under pressure within strict timescales.

Assume other projects or tasks as directed by First Line Team Leaders, Supervisors or Technical Support Managers.

To apply for this role, you must have the following skills and credentials:

Ideally hold an IT or Customer Service qualification.

Strong customer service skills and customer empathy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ideally have some form of experience working in a support or service desk and a customer service focused role, preferring that to be via telephone.

Strong interpersonal and management skills.

Good general IT software and hardware skills
