An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Flat Scheme Manager to oversee a Supported Living Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
As Scheme Manager you will be overseeing a Supported Living Service for people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. You will be managing a team of 15 Support Workers, managing recruitment, selection, supervisions and performance management, managing referrals, rota management and liaising with social workers and local authorities. On call duties will be shared.
We are looking for a professional, trustworthy and proactive leader with the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workloads, work well under pressure and have excellent leadership skills.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and have atleast 2 years experience managing a service for people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. A full UK driving license with access to your own car is required.
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday with a exciting salary of up to £26,000 plus excellent company benefits and professional development opportunities.
