Our Public Sector client based in Orton, Peterborough is seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm. The rate of pay is £9.56 an hour.
There is on site parking and the role will be based within the Peterborough office. The site is situated close to shops with an on-site canteen.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
- Opening and filing post
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Updating the Fleet Management system
- Auditing of paperwork and the system
- Reports will be produced for manual updates which you will complete
- General administration
The ideal candidate will have Fleet experience, but this is not essential.
You will be required to have previous Administration experience. You will need to be a clear communicator both verbal and written.
The rate of pay is £9.56 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
