Are you a Logistics or Fleet Assistant looking for a new challenge with an expanding fleet services company? Do you have a background in logistics?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Based at their new St. Helens office, you will also be required to complete up to two weeks training at their Bolton office so a full, clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle is preferred. This position is to cover a 12 month maternity cover leave however there's a good possibility of this being made permanent.

Your day to day duties in this role will be:

The support of both drivers and engineers when they are field based alongside providing accurate information to both the drivers and engineers alongside their in-house, customer care team.

Accounting and managing for cash float.

Providing drivers with outgoing expenses.

Administering both receipt and issue of equipment.

Maintaining accurate records of PPE which would be used by drivers.

Ensuring there is a briefing and debriefing drivers on the leaving and returning to specific depots and then the inputting of daily work.

As confirmed above, it would be preferred for you to hold your own driving licence as two weeks training is required at their Bolton office.

Some form of logistics and fleet experience.

Flexible to work two different shift patterns - Early's (0500-1300) and Evenings (1100-1900).
