Our client is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join their busy team based in Upper Heyford. The role involves managing requests on behalf of the clients and their customers. You will always be expected to deliver a superb service and ensure internal and external customer expectations are met via clear communication to the business.
As the fleet coordinator you will be answering customer and client queries and process bookings through the system. You will be advising on estimated delivery dates and chase late deliveries whilst dealing with ad hoc queries, amendments and some complaints. You will be monitoring the progress of vehicles through the internal departments and ensure proactive communication is maintained throughout the process. During the whole process, you will have to maintain positive and professional at all times to ensure the best service is provided.
You must have strong administration and interpersonal skills to be successful as a Fleet Coordinator. You will also have great communication skills, both written and verbally and have the ability to meet specific deadline and prioritise effectively. You will need to have strong attention to detail and accuracy with high organisation skills. A previous background in a customer service environment is desirable along with the knowledge
