We're currently looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join a well-respected, global company at their offices in Bradford.
As the Fleet Coordinator you will work alongside the office manager, providing efficient administration and coordination of fleet and other general services. Duties will include:
Compiling monthly fleet management reports
Liaising with starters and leavers regarding the allocation and return of company vehicles, this will also include acting as first point of contact for any queries regarding company fleet
Liaising with hire and lease companies and insurers, arranging the order and return of company cars
Managing vehicle records, including P11D information
Keeping the database up to date, running reports and completing audits
Processing penalty charge notices and insurance claims
Ensuring service and MOT records are up to date, arranging servicing and repairs when required
Alongside this you will also aid with general coordination admin including managing travel and accommodation and issuing/renewing maintenance and phone contracts.
We're looking for an organised efficient candidate with experience within fleet management.
Excellent attention to detail is essential, alongside the ability to use Microsoft packages, including excel at a confident level.
You must also be able to manage and prioritise your own workload, and have an efficient, organised and professional approach.
In return our client offers a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience and free onsite parking.
