My client is looking for a 1 year maternity cover to start as soon as possible.
You will be working for a Blue chip organisation that supply high-quality, widely accepted products and services to the construction industry. They are proud of their substantial growth and long record of stability as well as being market leaders in their field.
This role is incredibly busy so you must be able to hit the ground running. You will be working in a team of 5 and often working to deadlines. On a daily basis you will supporting the operations of the business so efficiency and accuracy is key. The 3 main elements of the role will be to support the company with over 1500 fleet vehicles , dealing with the insurance in terms of product claims ,public liability claims and employers liability. The facilities aspect of the role will be to cover all billing of various facility services and products such as company mobile phones.
The department primarily uses Excel and an intermediate knowledge of Excel is required and it is preferable if you have a working understanding of VLookups and Pivot Tables.The team deal heavily with invoices so a good eye for detail is needed. You will be dealing with all levels of staff within the business up to Director level so good communication is essential.
So if you are a strong administrator ,used to juggling a number of plates at any one time ,proficient in Excel with V Look ups and pivot table and available for a 1 year maternity cover then don`t delay !
The salary is £25 - £28K. The hours are Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm.
